    Comment:
i received my chuck adapter today.first of all the package was much to large for the small product.because of this the shipping cost was almost equal to the cost of the product.i expected, seeing this was machined that it would spin true.when i placed it in my drill it wobbled.i made my own by purchasing a 1/2-20 bolt and mig welding a quick change nut runner to it.it spun more true than the one i bought.it was a bigEazypower 30206 1/4-Inch Hex Shank Chuck Adapter with 1/2-Inch-20 UNF Thread waste of money and i'm sorry i bought it.i will make them my self from now on.

    Summary: Won't Fit
    Comment:
Dec. 15, 2008 - This product was machined in China (stated on package) and no wonder it does not fix. The problem is with the 1/4 hex end. The shoulder (from the end of the adapter to the groove) is ~ 11.5mm to properly fit into 1/4" hex drive tool that shoulder should be ~ 8.5mm
On the other end the 1/2" - 20 UNF thread is OK but a little sloppy. Don't buy this product unless you want to machine/grind off 3mm of the shoulder, not hard to do but should not have fix their obvious machining broblem. This is not a fluke, I recently read the exact same complaint from a different customer on this product.
